An Australian couple was shocked to find a giant python swallowing a bat in their backyard.

Mille Stoevring and Shane Tuer, a couple, found a giant python about 3m long hanging from a tree and trying to swallow a snake in their backyard at Sunshine Beach near Noosa, Queensland, Australia.
The 3m long python hung from a tree branch and tried to swallow the giant bat.
When the Australian couple discovered it, the python had swallowed almost the entire bat, leaving only the long black wing. However, it took more than 30 minutes for the python to fully swallow its prey .
Python enjoys meal while perched on a tree.
“We were filming from just 20cm away, but the python was not afraid at all ,” said Mille Stoevring. “It was an amazing sight.
The python hung its body upright on a tree branch after finishing eating.
Ms Stoevring said that after swallowing its prey, the python hung its body upright on the tree branch with its midsection bulging. It then slowly slithered into the bushes to rest.
