A surprising and funny encounter between a python and a leopard took place at an African safari park. The expected animal belonged to the big cat.
The two beasts of prey did not accept either side, and stood there for about 15 minutes, when the boa constrictor suddenly changed its mind.
He no longer wanted to hunt antelopes, he changed his target to leopards and wanted to bring leopards to the prey.
The giant python acted quickly and tried to attack. It wrapped itself tightly around the leopard, wanting to use its strong claws to break its bones and suffocate it.
At the time, photographer Mike Welton and other tourists said the leopards were in a prime position, which would surely make them food for giant pythons.
Unexpectedly, everyone heard a crisp “crack” sound, and right after, the giant python’s head was hit by a leopard.
At that moment, the giant python buckled itself together and released the leopard. But the python was destroyed and the giant python soon became a feast for the leopards.
