When I saw my newborn baby’s angelic face,
A moment so pure, a vision of grace,
Deeply moved and overjoyed, my heart did swell,
To have such a beautiful child, a tale to tell.
In that first gaze, a world anew,
Their angelic presence, a love so true,
Each feature a marvel, delicate and fair,
In their cherubic face, a love affair.
Overwhelmed with emotion, tears of joy,
Gratitude overflowing, like a melody to employ,
In their innocent eyes, a universe unfurled,
Blessed to hold this precious little world.
Tiny fingers, a touch so light,
Their angelic face, a beacon bright,
Every breath a promise of life’s sweet song,
In their presence, where I belong.
Their laughter, a symphony of delight,
Their warmth, a comfort in the night,
I am deeply moved by this gift so mild,
In their angelic face, my heart beguiled.
With each heartbeat, a bond is formed,
A love so deep, forever adorned,
Grateful for this miracle, so tender and mild,
For the beauty of my newborn child.
So in that moment, emotions run high,
A love so pure, it reaches the sky,
When I saw my newborn’s angelic grace,
I was deeply moved, in this sacred space.
